Default Those with Watts Link...

I was looking at the pics below and it looks like the watts link hangs lower than the bottom of the diff. I was wondering if those with a Watts link installed could tell me how much ground clearance is lost or if it is just the angle of the pictures?
My t/a is lowered with prokits, so I wanted to make sure I would not have clearance issues if I installed one of these.

Also how difficult is it to properly adjust it?

Thanks in advance.

My car sits low, Sportline low.
I've have never had any ground clearance issues with it, also since my muffler is in the I-pipe and dumped and not in the normal location it makes the Watts-link frame look lower than it really is.

IMO adjusting it isn't hard, just time consuming.

Thanks for the reply, but I was not even looking at your muffler when I was worried about the ground clearance. I was looking at the rear-end. My I-pipe is the lowest part of the vehicle currently and it has caught a couple of speed bumps in the past. I just wanted to make sure that the Watts link didn't hang any lower than that...?

Sense it is in line with the tires you shouldn't run into issues with it clearing. Only thing would be if you ran over something down the center of the car that the tires didn't lift the rear of the car over.

Ah good point, I hadn't thought about it that way. Guess I will be getting one of these pieces soon as well. Thanks

The only issue with it being lower than the diff is when you want to lift the car by the diff - pain in the a$$! You have to drive onto a 2x6 or whatever first. That is the only issue.

Thats what mine looks like - I scrape the exhaust way before I scrape the watts linkage. I can second Pewter's comment regarding getting a jack on the diff, but its a minor PITA. Good luck if you decide to go with it. Adjustment isn't hard either.

Alright cool, thanks for the info guys. I plan on ordering one within the next month and put it on when I have the car up to replace the borla muffler.

Default Watts with Moser 12-bolt???

So new question...anyone with a watts and a Moser 12-bolt, where did you relocate your breather tube?

The shop tried relocating it to the back cover, but its sucking oil out of the rear. I dropped off the watts link today so that they can mock it up to try and find a better location out of the way of the axle clamps.
