I would suggest using the search function on here as it is a common question and plenty of before and after pics. Its really going to depend on what type of set up you want...Drag/Street/auto cross

I went with Strano springs and Koni Shocks, don't have them installed yet or I would give you a before and after pics and my car is just a street car and occasional drag strip passes

hope this helps

Contrary to what many people think, I wouldn't say that Eibach springs are "crap", unless their quality has taken a sudden turn for the worst. I had a set of their "Pro-Kit" springs on my Z-28 for 14 years with out ANY issues. However, the "Sportline" springs lower the car TOO much, which takes away suspension travel, and/or limits your ability to find any shocks that are short enough to decently work with them.

I think the Bmr springs provide the best stance. The Stranos always seem to appear like the back end is slightly lower than the front, which looks terrible.

Good call on the BMR's. Sportlines look pretty good if you want ur car slammed but every bump you hit you get SLAMMED Again!

+1 BMR FTW!!!! Love how my car sits with BMR..

Not sure why people dog Eibachs.. If you look at most members pics, the Eibach prokit has the most meanest, and aggressive looking stance IMO..

Im guessing you are looking at cars with staggered 17/18" wheels then because all the ones Ive seen have more of raked stance (mine included).

As I previously mentioned, I had the Eibach ProKit in my Z-28. I now have the Koni/Strano set up in the car. Visually, the major difference is the Strano springs put it up about 3/16-1/4" higher than the Eibachs. Naturally, the Konis ride better than the Bilsteins I had in there, but on the other hand new shocks will always initially ride better than old ones. Time will tell, on that topic...

I would always consider performance over appearance.. That is if you plan on ever driving the car.

Every eibach car that I have driven in or ridden in feels like crap. Their spring rates are terrible and their quality control is horrible.

I run coil-overs now.. The older Global West kit with 500# linear 8" Afcoil springs.

In the past though I have run the Eibach Pro-Kit, Hotchkis, and Strano. IMO, Hotchkis and Strano were my favorite pre-engineered lowering springs. The Hotchkis had the better stance and ride, the Stranos were slightly better in the overall performance department. The Eibach's that I have used in the past were QUICKLY swapped out. I have installed them in customer cars at their request in the past and I have actually had a couple come back and swap them out for the Hotchkis springs. They were happy with the Hotchkis setup.
