Depending on your cross member no, we have a tunnel mount torque arm and cross member combination just for this situation. How ever keep in mind that you limit yourself on pinion angle and if your vehicle is lowered it can be hard to get your -1 pinion angle depending on how low the vehicle is.

This is off a customers vehicle with an exhaust they had done, but it shows you can get it to fit and how our tunnel mount torque arm fits.

I don't recall if their exhaust kit is a custom build or box bought kit.

I used a long torque arm and a trans mount with the torque arm mount on on it. I think it is a umi piece. They work fine, but my exhaust is also custom duals, not a kit. If you have a torque arm that works with the exhaust already, that is probably your cheapest and best route. Looking at that pic, it looks like the driveshaft is hitting the loop.

yup. I think this is pretty much his only option without having to touch anything on the exhaust...unfortunately, he needs my bmr torque arm to go witht hat relocation's bracket. His chassis mount wont work with it.

I do not know the situation of the pic as most likely the rear end is hanging down or he did not have his pinion angle set yet. That customer has had a rear end for a couple years now with no mention of clearnce issues and it appears it is a 3.5 drive shaft which also plays into a lot.

How ever the case may be everyone using a drive shaft loops needs to be aware they can not jack up the rear of the vehicle allowing the wheels to dangle as most all drive shaft loops can come into contact with the drive shaft.

There is only so much tunnel room to fit a certain size loop in the vehicles and they are designed for ride height fitment.

go back to a single exhaust. Get the texas speed rumbler or something cheap...and if you want, put a set of electric cutouts on it.

Running the duals down the passenger side dumped, like the previous pic showed, is exactely what I just had done to my car. I had the TSP 3" true duals and wanted the body mounted Torque Arm also. My car actually has much better ground clearance now.
