BMR spirngs on Koni Sa front 2nd perch BMR spirngs on Koni Sa front 2nd perch, has anyone had problems with this setup. Is it recomended to use the second perch if you have lowering springs?

Yes I'm talking about the snap ring groove. I understand the second groove which is below drops the front end 3/4 of an inch. I want to know if you can set it to the second ring position and use drop springs without damaging the strut be cause of less suspension travel. Forgive me I'm a newby.
