Question Preload Plate and Vibration Question

I have a M6 car with some suspension.

BMR rear LCAs, w/ Relocation (set middle hole)
UMI DRAG BAR
QA1's all around set to 5's
!Front Sway
BMR Weld in SFC

Over all pretty stiff, and rattle free, with exception of the rod end on the Drag bar, no biggie.

I installed a TQ ARM Relocation kit from UMI and its not a bad kit. At the time I had 40k mile rubber engine and trans mounts. So when installing I went with a Energy Suspension Poly Trans Mount. The Engine are still stock. At some point I will change over.

But with my issue is anything over 70 MPH the car has a horrible vibration and its basically scary to drive the car that fast.

I have read that the bump stops on the mount and the preload plate are to blame.

So to throw out a few questions, ANY insight is appreciated.

1) With having removed the plate and grinding off the stops to make it smooth, how did that effect vibrations? Any other mods needed?

2) On A UMI TQ arm relocation kit what set of holes is considered stock angle for the TQ arm.

3) Does anyone have a GOOD walk through for resetting Pinion Angle. I have the angle finder and access to a drive on lift to preload the suspension.
