Default Installing tubular K member with stock A arms questions

I have a BMR "turbo" tubular K member that I am going to use while fabbing up my turbo kit, and eventually install in the car. I'm not doing a full tubular front suspension at this time, just the K member itself, and I wanted to know if I'd need anything extra to install the stock A arms and steering rack on the aftermarket K member. The powder coated red finish is so nice, I don't want to mess it up if at all possible. Should I get different bushings while I'm at it? Washers in front of all bolts/nuts so they don't mar the coating?

Never done this before, looking for some pointers. Thanks!

Best person to ask would be a rep from BMR.
