When you lower a car, it alters the control arm angle putting the rear of the control arm higher than the front. (Which is why you are getting wheel hop)
LCA=lower control arms, and the relocation brackets are to adjust your control arm angle. You can probably purchase them at any performance shop around you.

NP. It should clear it right up. When I lowered mine, I had the same exact issue (it's common when you lower a car). I put lca's and relocation brackets on, and it fixed it. Good luck.
BTW, they are really easy to install

also did you do an adjustable panhard bar? since you've lowered it throws your rear out of alignment, and you'll need one eventually... BMR always has good stuff, trusted name

Like mentioned a set of control arm relocation brackets will help cure the wheel hop you are now experiencing. They will allow you to keep the vehicle lowered but place the control arm back into the correct location. We offer a bolt in style and weld in style, I pasted a link below and each product in the link has plenty of installation pictures.
