Well at least this thread should save Strano a few repetitive phone calls in the future. Now all of us reading this thread know about the price and shipping policy change.

And I'm curious, why are Strano springs considered the best? Is it the materials, manufacturing process, spring rates?

It's the spring rates and tolerances(firmness) that is the reason everyone buys them he explained the differences in a different thread before but I forget the specifics

He made a thread about this a while ago, but apparently some didn't see it. Plus, it's now up on his website so that alone should stop some repetitive calls.
