Default Re-Torquing LCA's and SFC's

I have lakewood rear LCA's, and bolt in SLP SFC's. Does anyone know the exact torque specs for these two items.

Also, can i retorque while the car is under "load" (while it's on the ground, or partially jacked up).

I have a creaking coming from my drivers side, which has to be the SFC's. I also have a loud clunking from the rear passenger when I hit certain bumps.

What do you guys think would cause this "clunking"? I also have panhard bar, and torque arm.

your supposed to torque everything down when its under load. i know its close to 80ft pounds for the LCAs. i did close to 100 for the front of the subframes.(bolt ins)
