just ordered some new shocks for the ss. its an m6 lowered 1.5 inches doesnt see the roadcourse but sees some spirited driving. once i get my new rear end in it will be run down the strip a few times a year. did i get a half decent shock for what i plan on doing? the kyb adjustables suck so i needed something at least a little better.

I liked them on my V6, but that was with stock springs.

i thought the Slp bilsteins were the ones for lowered cars over the hd's??

I mean, shouldn't this question be asked before you purchase a product? I'm not sure how the shocks will work with lowered springs, however.

well im report back when i get them on. i was blowing the kyb adjustables every couple months so these cant be any worse.

I'm using bilsteins HD's and strano springs and I really like the way the car rides and handles now. I read a lot about the SLP's and HD's and it seems like they are the same shocks now.
