if you are looking for handling improvement or adjustability then I would opt to go with a double adjustable shock, especially with a M6 car. the single adjustable shocks are usually more for the weekend drag racer and usually better suited toward the A4 cars where there is less suspension travel during shifts.

The QA1 shocks are a descent shock, but are known to leak within a short time. The Strange shocks are by far the best bang for the buck and great quality. We have sold the Afco double adjustable to lots of customers that do both autocross and some drag racing as well with great results. The Afco shocks are a bit more costly but are probably the best "bolt-in"shock out there in that price range.
