Default Mix matching springs question

Ive had eibach pro kit(stock Dcarbs) and now stranos(Koni4/4). I love the feel of the stranos just dont like how high the front seems to sit vs the prokit front springs. My car is totally street. My question is are there draw backs to running pro kit springs up front and stranos outback?? Nothing against coilovers other than price. This is completely an apperance thing not a quality of how it will ride or handle. Just want the front to sit how it did when i had the pro kit.

Prokit

Strano

The balance of a car can be changed to how you like it. It is about the feel of the car. If you dont care how it feels, no problem running what ever you want. If a car is to low the suspension will bottom out unless you have stiffer springs.

Here is where I get lost. The koni shocks are good with the strano as far as highth is concered but its not recommended to run the koni's on the lower perch do to the shock bottoming out. Running the lower perch vs running a lower spring whats the diff.

am I making sence

The lower perch lowers the car roughly 1/2 - 3/4" These cars bottom out ALL the time with springs that lower more than 1.5". Strano springs are -1.2", lower perch -1/2", and you have a 1.75" or more drop. Imo the Stranos look nice on your car.

Thanx man. so the lower perch is not good b/c it would be to low? and the shock could get ruined b/c of bottom out issues?
