Default new brakes, grinding noise from the rear

I just finished install new brakes all around on my 02 SS. The rear brakes are C5/C6 single piston, 13'' rotor, and Hawk HPS pads. The brakes seem to be grinding a lot. I've driven about 8 miles and it doesn't seem to be going away. It also seems to be worse when I turn. When turing right, the left grinds. When turning left, the right side grinds. Any ideas? Will this eventually go away or is something wrong with them? Thanks for the help.

Please check that the pads are installed correctly and that the backing plate didnt inadvertently get bent enough to contact the rotor.
