Just installed BMR springs, not happy with rear *pics*
So i finally got my springs on. They are BMR 1.25 springs. I'm really pleased with the front but the rears i'm not loving yet. Rear install was a breeze, one front was a bitch, just about had to cut it apart, wouldn't have been so bad if i'd had an impact from the start. Any way the front dropped 1 3/8 of an inch but the rear has only dropped 5/8 of an inch. I'm hoping they will settle a little bit. Has anyone else had a problem with these? Anyway, here's some crappy pics, the pinkish one i did so you could see the tire gap better. Let me know what you guys think.

Hey Stangtamer give me the measurements you have from the ground to the center of the wheel well on the front and the back and I can check your measurements agianst what I have in my spreadsheet. Check and make sure that the spring is seated properly in the isolator, if it is not the car will sit higher. Also depending on what springs you had and how old they were we have seen the stock ones sag and if that was the case installing our springs wouldn't lower it as much. The 1.25" is a measurement taken from a car that sits at stock ride height so depending on the condition of your springs it may be a little more or little less then the 1.25", but the number you have initially for the back seems pretty far off.
Get the measurements off the car and we can work on getting the stance the way you want it.

I just installed mine also and the rear was too high for my liking the front was perfect though. So the heater hose mod will still ride the same as it does with the isolator in?

^ Anyway you could post some good profile pics on level ground PLZ.
edit: Oh ya, and sell me that Humount if you havent already PLZZZZZZZ.
Im planning on running the BMR springs also so this thread had me hella scared at first, but im glad to hear the 9'' is more than likely the culprit for your miniature redneck rake. Either way the car still looks MUCH better OP, are you still on stock springs?
TECH do all aftermarket rear ends(MWC, S60, 12 bolt, etc) raise the stance in the rear or is it just the Moser 9"?

GM Axles have an OD of 2.625", most 9's and 12's, etc use a 3" axle tube. That's a difference of less than 1/2" total, and since half of that is underneath the axle that makes no difference on height. Yes, bigger axles raise the car... but comparing diameters it should be on the order of 1/4" or so unless the spring perches are hugely thick.
