I would say if you're lowerered than the lowest hole is probably the right one to use. I remember reading a post that said the lca's should be around 4 degrees

Definitely use the lowest hole since your car is lowered. It looks like you may be planning one day to make a bunch of power and when that time comes you may want to move irt up a hole but for now keep it in the lowest.

They allow to tune in the "instant center" of the chassis, helps to properly align the suspension after lowering the car.
They helped to eliminate my wheel hop... just saying..they are worth the money.

Not only does it do everything that Meine96ws6 said but it also adds positive anti-squat to the car which helps keep pressure on the rear tire and in turn really helps with traction. The lower control arm relocation brackets are definitely worth the money to do.

yes,if you want to increase launch traction.
do the bolt-ins variety so you can remove(you won't want to after you feel the better launch traction)if you want.

Shouldn't be a problem. You can use them with the stock lca's so with your aftermarket ones the brackets will only help you.

sweet, i also read that these brackets make it easier to break the 10-bolt at the strip, is this correct?

If you get rid of wheel hop (#1 10 bolt killer), it might increase the life though!

If you have a 10 bolt you are honestly on borrowed time anyways because at some point in time it IS going to break. I know here locally we had quite a few cars run low 10's on them with the good majority of them being automatic cars which are much nicer on the rear ends then the 6 speeds are. Like you guys have already said getting the suspension dialed in and getting rid of the wheel hop will definitely help with the longevity of your 10 bolt and the lower control arm relocation brackets is one of those parts that will really help.
