Bad brake wroter (??) cause wheel wobble?

Default Bad brake wroter (??) cause wheel wobble?
ever since back brakes were changed I have a wheel wobble on left side.

Could this be a bad new brake rotter?

if its all the time id say wheel hub/bearing is gone bad.
