Seriously buy new (good) springs, it will be worth it.

If you want a half inch or so, assuming you have the isolators in the rear, do the hose mod and that should add *maybe* a half inch. For the fronts, talk to Ryan @ UMI and he can send you some aluminum spacers that go between the shock and lower a-arm that will give you a half inch

Going from sportlines won't fix bounciness. It will solve some suspension travel issues and give you a better stiffer more appropriate springrate and ride height with a good balance. They will still bounce if you don't have shocks to dampen the oscillation. They will just bounce differently

Just out of curiousity, to the guys saying that the sportlines are junk. Have any of you had the sportlines on your cars and switched them out for different springs, or is this just what you have read about them (serious question)? I've had the sportlines on my car for 6 years, so I really don't know any different. I do not really have any complaints with them other than they do not transfer weight very well on the track. It's a stiff ride but doesn't bother me to much because it's not a DD and I do like the stance.
My plan is to move to a pro-kit or similar and some QA1's for the track.

Agreed with everyone else. I've ran Sportlines and the Pro Kit, and I'm convinced Eibachs suck. Go Hotchkis, BMR, or Strano springs. I've ran Hotchkis on a couple cars, and have buddies with them. Great springs.
