Default new breaks?

I'm looking to do my breaks all the way around on my ws6. Its my daily driver and I race at my local track on street nights. I dont need to so anything crazy, stockers do fine but I little upgrade without breaking bank would be nice. I was going to put hawks ceramic pads all the way around but I want to put on cross drilled/slotted rotors as well. I was looking at a set of 4 for a little less than 200. I dont know if the website is a sponsor or not so I wont link them, but theyre description says that are stock blanks that have been drilled and slotted. will the suffice?

turns out the site is a sponsor, these are what i was looking at

Hawk HPS Pads and the WS6store drilled/slotted rotors are probably the best bang for the buck (or Centric Premium Rotors if you don't want drilled and slotted, I have them because the hats are painted black and I don't want to worry about the drilled sections cracking). There are a lot of old threads on the WS6 rotors, if you do a quick search you can get some additional information. And just to let you know, it is "brakes"

I would just get blanks. Drilled/slotted rotors give you less brake force and are less durable so you will have to replace them sooner

They don't really give you less brake force, but saying they're less durable is getting closer. There are more stress risers with drills/slots so there are greater chances of cracks, plus with those extra edges expect greater pad wear.

Good blanks will be fine for 99% of drivers, especially on the street.
