Default heavy duty springs

looking for some heavy duty springs, for a 4 gen camaro. Need to compsate for extra weight, from heavy stereo system. Say at least a extra 200LBS or more, on or behind rear axle. Also looking to get c6 zo6 19" corvette rims in the back and 18" in the front. appreciate all input

200lbs isn't actually very much weight you're adding to the car, really. It's like having a passenger with you at all times. Most springs you'll find will be able to handle the added weight without any issue since there is a weight difference of more than 200lbs from say a base model Z28 versus a WS6 Convertible. Don't look to drop the car too much, either. Do some reaserach on springs and you'll find some drop considerably more than others. In my opinion you should be fine with any of the major 1-inch to 1.25-inch drop springs out there, though.

It might not be an option you are looking for ... Try getting some air bags for the springs... I was running a huge system in the back of mine and it helped my added weight by just adding about 20-30lbs of air to compensate

Adding an air bag to you rspring will impact the spring rate and ruin your ride quality. Or are you talking about a RideTech (AirRide) system?
