Local pep boys have a set of 4 eibach springs for 200. I was looking for a set of a shocks now. 200-300 a set, ones that will work best with eibach springs. I really like the drop it gives, not trying to lower it alot, just about a 1 to a 1 1/2 drop or so.
Sam's springs drop the car around that much (1-1.5). Don't forget you can also do the hose mod in the rear if you want to get another 1/4" drop out of it. Like Sam said he can do a package with his springs/bilsteins for around $620. I think that is more than fair considering it is going to change your car completely! I have spoken with Sam multiple times over the phone and he is very helpful, he won't sell you something that you don't need.

Don't forget you will need an alignment after this as well... usually around $100 give or take.
