Default 4130 Tube size comparison for suspension components

A quick question for the metal guru's here.
I have access to a butt load of 1.25"x.083" 4130 but my supplier does not carry any 1.25"x.095" which I see most the sponsors use for their tubular products.

Question is how would 1"x.120" 4130 do compared to the 1.25".095" 4130 for something like the LCAs?

What would the weight and strength difference be here? Anyone know of a reference for comparing the strength/weight differences between the sizes?

Some reason I can't get any .095" from my supplier in Austin,Tx

1.25x.095 is the standard for this application... .083 would most likely be fine but the issue is the heim joint needs to be 3/4 thread and you wont get that to work with any size 1.00 tubing. Rule of thumb is there is more strength in o.d. than wlll thickness so I wouldn't suggest any size 1" anyway.

Thank you for the help. I thought about the skank size on the joint as I was driving home. I will just bump up to some 1.5 x .083 then for my own piece of mind.
