Y3f springs
Did y3f body kit cars have lowering springs factory. Mine sits really low compared to all the plain z28s I see. Possibly they are sagging but its had the same stance since 80k when I bougjt it but I guess previous owner could have lowered it.

Since I'm A) a car enthusiast; and B) observant, I tend to "look" at cars with a more discerning eye. One thing I always look at, is a car's "stance". I own both a Camaro, as well as a Corvette, so I always look at them (Firebirds too) in this respect, going as far back as 1977, when I bought my first Firebird.
To my personal observation, these cars tend to be all over the map, when it comes to ride height. I also tend to look at the driver, especially if the car sits really low, to see if they look like the kind of person that would be into suspension modifications. I haven't noticed any thing in particular, in that respect.
Is the "Y3F" that you refer to, the kit that adds the "ground effects" to the lower edges of the bumpers and rocker panels?

I put the y3f body work on my car last year. With no height modifications it made the car look lower. Had lots of people asking me if i'd lowered it. Can't wait til this summer when I actually do lower it.
