Default Loud Whine when turning ?

Why do i get a loud whine whenever Ii press on the brakes and turn to the right at the same time? it happens usually when I'm coming up on a 90degree turn.
The thing is it only happens when i press the brakes and turn to the right, doesn't happen when I turn to the left. Could it be a rod issue? when on the highway the car pulls to the right.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Check your front hub bearings for play and noise

Your power steering rack could be leaking. Chech for puddles in the driveway and check your fluid level.

I'll ask

Roughly how much does a pair of hubs cost and can I install them in my driveway?
