I used to work at a dealership and have pulled wheels off a couple minivans with runflats for brake inspections, they are without a doubt the heaviest tires I've ever handled, by far.

When running my stock stuff at 30 or higher its a front end jarring ride. At 27 or so its firm, and still have pretty good turn in steering response. At 25 or so the ride is softer and there is a little softness/sponginess in the initial turn in (think quick twitch of the wheel while driving straight). 20-24 is going to be really mushy on turn in and may even feel like it wanders some over road irregularities, probably giving a somewhat floaty and disconnected feel to the road. The trick is finding your happy medium. I prefer mid-20s for fronts, 20-22 for the rears (helps straight line traction).
