I wasn't keen on the drilled variation at first, but having gone through a few sets on various vehicles over many thousands of miles ranging from normal driving to rather aggressive stops, I'm really no longer concerned about it. They do it right, apparently.

 

I run these on the wife's SUV and they have been fantastic so far.
