Default Koni SA rear shock problem?

I just ordered single adjustable shocks and was messing around with them. When I compress the rear shocks one comes up faster the the other. I tried adjusting the slower one but it doesn't seem to change speed much. Is there a limit on how far the shock can be adjusted or should I keep turning until it is the same speed?

Take them both all the way back to full soft and adjust each in 1/4 turn increments. If one is still doing funky things, contact your seller about return for warranty.

How do you take it all the way back to full soft is it on the instructions where it says something about 180 degrees one way then 720 the other or somethin?

I see how they adjust now the outside of the shaft has to be held and the inside is the part that turns.
