Default BMR manuel brake booster

If switching to this piece what all is needed?

like the hose coming from the back of the intake, since the booster that the hose hooks up to gets ditched where would this hose go and also is can you still use a line lock with this?

You will need to cap the vacuum line off the engine. You will still be able to use a line lock without a problem since that is off the factory distribution block.
