Default rear axle & pinion angle question

for a stock setup what controls pinion angle? Is there an adjustment or is it factory set? Reason i ask is I am getting an S60 and will be installing it myself. Also doing new oem motor mounts and oem transmission mount, and an energy suspension torque arm mount. I am reusing the oem torque arm, panhard bar and LCA's for now. When i pull the 10-bolt out and get the S60 in and bolted up, is all i need to do is bolt it up and am I supposed to expect to have a correct pinion angle? Or specifically that the transmission tail shaft will be parallel with the pinion yoke? And if it isn't, then where/how would I make adjustments with the stock suspension stuff?
thanks.

Can't adjust with the stock stuff. It should be close enough to get you by until you can upgrade.

while on this subject, does lowering the car affect pinion angle? if so, might that cause a vibration while driving?
