What will be better for me, Poly or Roto?

Launching!
i had poly lca's and i can see how they would be useful for straight line acceleration...but for accelerating out of corners, particularly uneven surfaces, they certainly don't help so i went back to the stock lca's

Absolute max articulation comes from rod end/rod end and roto/roto.
Slightly behind would be poly/rod and poly/roto. The nice thing about having a poly on the chassis side is the vibration isolation while still offering great articulation.
Third is poly/poly.
We sell a ton of poly/roto's both P/N 2033 and 2039 with good success.
Thanks for looking.

Just my .02. Given those percentages, you should just stick with stock LCAs. I don't see the benefit given you are keeping it 97% street friendly. There's other stuff you should be more worried about than the LCAs.

I would say a Roto-Joint would give a longer service life and a quieter operation on a mostly street driven vehicle.
For a pure drag car with giant tires and violent launches I'd choose the rod end with the realization that rod ends are a disposable item when they get noisy.
