Default torque specs for castle nuts on spindle?

Putting the suspension parts back together and I can't seem to find the torque specs for the castle nuts on that hold the spindle onto the a-arms.

I believe its called a spindle.. or a knuckle, not sure.

I need the specs for both.

Thanks!

According to my 2000 Helms manual - upper control arm nut is 39ft-lbs and lower control arm nut is 81 ft-lbs. Also "never loosen the control arm to align the cotter pin slot, it is permissable to over torque the control arm nut 1/6 of a turn MAX".
