They are a progressive rate spring and the rates can get up there as the springs compress. For a reasonably smooth ride, you might be best served with higher rebound damping. SLP bilsteins will give you this - at least the fronts will (the rears have the standard HD valving). I think Bilsteins also offer good value. The ultimate in value shocks for those springs might be SLP Bilstein fronts/3rd gen Bilstein HD's rear.
BTW, I have new BMR's in the box for $180 shipped - I ended up going with a 1LE/stock combo.

Those are the SLP revalves. Again, only the fronts' valving differs from the regular 4th gen HD. Yes, they may be purchased from several of the sponsors.
Here is some more info about the shock valving and the BMR rates in case you don't already have it:
http://www.angelfire.com/my/fastcar/suspension.html
Strano Parts can probably separate the package and get you the SLP fronts and the 3rd gen HD rears (which provide more rebound damping for those stiffer springs than the 4th gen HD rears) if you wish. Last I checked, all 4 HD's were going for $330 at Strano so their prices are competitive.

If you want custom revalves for the BMR's, you can order them directly from Sam. He'll place the order per his bump and rebound specs directly to Bilstein for you. I believe a set of custom Bilsteins from him are around $500. If you want SLP Bilstein fronts and 3rd gen rears, they can probably be had for around $150 less than that. I'm assuming from your initial post that you are on a bit of a budget.

I'd recommend the SLP bilstein fronts and 3rd gen rears. You'll get more rebound damping than the regular 4th gen HD's front and back. LMPerformance will split the shocks up for you as will Strano. I think you'll get a better deal at Strano. Either way, you'll be under $400. Shop around.

Go to www.stranoparts.com
I believe the rear part number is BIL-B46-1121
On that site you specify search criteria to find items. To find the above item, search for Bilstein shocks for a 91 Camaro.
The SLP fronts are not listed on the site, but Strano can get them (they are SLP dealers). I'd just call them and try to get Sam Jr. on the line. He definately speaks Camaro (races 4th gens) and he'll make sure you get what you need.
... and an adjustable PHB would be recommended to center the rear axle after the ride height reduction...
...ahhhem.... he definately speaks F-body I mean

I still cant believe the 91 shocks work on the newer f bodies..didnt know that. Would it be a noticeable diff just goin with revalved bilstiens on all four corners frmo lm performace?

I lack the experience to answer that question. I think it is less than optimal. Again, it is my understanding that 1) The SLP Bilstein rears have the same valving as the regular 4th gen HD rears, and 2) The third generation Bilstein HD rears (which are fully compatible with the 4th generation) privide more rebound damping which is what the BMR rear spring is going to want.
I figure, if you can get both of these items from the same place at a reasonable price (Strano) you might as well... I think this will be your best combination for that price.

Fronts: SLP Bilstein (for 4th gen... these are already valved for stiffer springs per SLP specifications).
Rears: Third gen Bilstein HD.
The above shoud be obtainable for $350 or less. The next level - the one you saw on the Strano web site - is $500 for custom revalves (for the BMR springs in this case).
