hello my 99 trans am the rear shocks are shot it sags badly and if someone is in the back seat it scraps the tips on the ground on bumps and bottoms out easily i'm looking for new shocks but found this on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/320995567713...84.m1423.l2649 is this a fair price and also found this as well http://www.ebay.com/itm/190590050238...84.m1423.l2649 i can get these in 3 inch to raise the car back up i am wanting to run some 315/35R17 nitto drag radials and he said it'd be best to get wheel spacers as well but he said i could use my stock springs still just replace my shocks what do you guys think and i asked him about drilling a hole in the center of two and getting like the 1.5 or 2 inch and drilling a hole in the center and mounting them up front is this feesable do you guys think i like in central kansas we has hill bumps and i do drive mine off road out in the country and play in teh snow with it as well and imput appriciated

OK, well those shocks have been brought up on this site a few times...might even be the same auction too. First, those AREN'T even the shocks for the car pictured. The spring rates are WAY off and, for that price, you should expect them to perform poorly. Just get a set of Bilsteins and know you're buying a quality product with a good warranty.
