Default UMI Subframe Connectors

I'm in the process of buying a set of UMI subframe connectors from someone locally, but I drive a vert and he drives a t-top. The pics on UMI's website between the vert and t-top options are the same, but the listing for the t-top parts explicitly state that they won't fit convertibles... The pic he sent me looks the same as both; am I missing something here? What's the difference between the two (besides the application)? Thanks!

If UMI's listing says they don't fit, I would take their word over his. .02 I'm sure someone from UMI will chime in shortly.

Convertibles and t-top cars use different SFC's. If you forward me the picture to ryan@umiperformance.com I can tell you which they are.

But if he drives a t-top car they won't fit your convertible.
