BMR/Koni Shock Value Sale
#241
Found them. So, to fully put together the front assemblies before taking yours off, you will need:?
MOOG Strut Mount (Front Left Upper) - K6516 - $45.79
MOOG Strut Mount (Front Right Upper) - K6517 - $46.79
MOOG Spring Insulator - K6573 - $4.46 x 2
MOOG Coil seat - K80927 - $11.40 X 2
That's $123.32 plus shipping from Rockauto. That is in addition to the shocks and coil springs. Everything will be new and you don't have to disassemble the stock assembly while the car is up in the air. Sounds good.

I will be sure to do that and take some pics of my install as well and some before and after pics. Do you know if I am going to receive an email of some sort when my order has shipped so I can track it? The charge hit my CC but I havent gotten any emails since the original order email.

Are Konis "that" much better than Bilsteins? Are you paying for the adjust-ability? I don't know how many of us have actually spent a good deal of time using each to make that determination, but can we just on build quality?

I think it has been pretty well proven that the Koni shocks handle substantially better than the Bilsteins. With the Koni shocks you are not only paying for the adjustability but also for the performance of the shock itself.

[QUOTE=BMR Sales2;17458236]We will definitely send an e-mail to you with all the tracking information to the address you provided once it ships. The shipping manager here made a mistake and thought we had the F4/F3 on the shelf ready to ship which is why we charged your card but it turns out that we didn't have them but we should have the order ready to go out towards the middle of next week.
Thanks Kyle, great customer service!

Well Im about 15 days after my install. All I can say is NIGHT and DAY!! It feels, rides and corners so much better!! Less "floaty and Boat like on the freeway"! Even my 71 year old Dad said it rode much, much better after the install!
Just a little info on my car. I have a 2000 SS #1567. It has just over 19k on the ODO. Still smells new and now rides better then when it came off the showroom floor. I bought the Koni 4/3 setup and went with the BMR settings with the exception of 1 click firmer on the rear. I also bought all new Moog install parts to go with the install. I'm totally pleased with my purchase and looking forward to many, many miles of fun with this set up!!

Just did my first major car work with the BMR & Koni's! Took me 16 hours in total (lost a castle nut, bought a new ball joint, couldn't get old one out.... then found the lost castle nut pulling car out!) I really enjoyed the install and the tons of walk-throughs (ls1howto & Blue Knight) helped immensely!
Overall, the ride is killer, the stance is awesome, and couldn't be happier!

Absolutely, we will be keeping the sale going on as long as Koni will allow us to.

Good deal, either have them place the order on our website or they can call me directly and I will take care of them.

Just got my setup installed, I went with the BMR springs and Koni 4/4's, and the new stance is so much better than before! I'll post pics as soon as I can. I'm a bit confused with the settings though, first off, where is the adjustment point located? I didn't look before I had them installed. And second, I read earlier the recommended settings are to turn completely to the (-) until it stops, then turn towards the (+) 5 sweeps, so what's considered a 'sweep'? One full turn?
