I wouldn't ask Summit for any suspension advice.

That being said.. AGX shocks sound like they are ok for lowering springs. Their issue is one **** controls both compression and rebound, which is like having one **** that controls your heater and AC at various levels... you might not want the heat on while your AC is going. Also AGX quality isn't the best. Also also.. KYB doesn't cover shock problems if you put on lowering springs.

Is this a separate unrelated question?

What kind of springs do you have? Springs rarely go bad... they are usually either a good or bad design overall depending on what you are looking for.

In the world of shocks, everyone wants to throw their hat in and make a shocks setup for a popular car. To put this simply, we own performance cars and therefor, performance parts should be used as replacement. KYB makes some terrific parts in various markets. It's shocks when used as factory replacement aren't half bad either. But if you're really serious about the suspension on your car, there are only a few options. We sell Bilstein and Koni, and stand behind them from personal experience. We sell Tokico as well, but I have no personal experience with them on these particular cars, and I like Bilstein more for the same kind of money.

Grab yourself a set of Bilsteins and drive happy.
