Then they put decrapon shocks on the car which would rather defeat that purpose

I'm a little confused. I took mine off in under 20 mins with no problems. What causes the issue? I'm surprised I got lucky. Every job seems to have a hiccup with me usually.

I guess it depends on the past history of your car, in terms of where it spent its life. Cars that lived in the northeast, and were driven through the winter, for example, will probably have the "caster bushing" bolt solidly rusted to the steel sleeve inside the bushing. Cars that lived in drier, western and/or southwestern portions of the country probably won't have the problem.

I too just removed my lower control arms and had zero problems. My bushings weren't as bad as the op, but they were dried out/cracked. The bolts came out fine and were not rusted. My t/a is a CA car though. Getting the bolts back on was annoying because you have no room for tools and required plenty of profanity.

Thought I'd put this here since someone might be able to help.

I need the 2 washers and nut/bolt for the rear bushing of the front lower control arm. Had to cut mine up getting it out and they're all destroyed on one arm. Only need them for one side.

Also I would prefer that the bolt still has the tang on the head that prevents it from spinning.

Pictures of what I'm talking about:

I'm thinking $5 shipped? Help a brother out, this car is dollaring me to death on small stuff lol.

The bolt is available through GM and it comes with the anti-rotation tab on it for about 12 bucks. I didn't price it aftermarket but the GM part will be better quality and worth the ridiculous price. I think the "washers" you are referring to are part of the bushing.
