Default Caster Bushing - Not sure what's up

I replaced my front lower control arm caster bushing with an OEM rubber Moog bushing (pulled out the poly one in the rear, left the front one poly) and the install height looks like it's too tall and the arm hits the K-member when in fully unloaded.
The car is a 2000 Pontiac Trans am WS-6 that is used about once a month for road and track events.

Bushing installed upside down? - No
Wrong part?- Compared it against a NAPA part and it's the same
Normal function? - I hope not
Is there a spacer that I'm missing? - Not by the dealer parts books.

I'm about to put the poly bushing back in if I can't find any answers; it's a silly simple problem that shouldn't be that hard...if anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful.

I read "WhiteStallion00" previous post on the subject but it still doesn't seem correct? If I read it correctly, my pictures are correct and that's the way it is.

Was it pressed all the way in the control arm till it bottomed out?
I just replaced the bushings in the arms and i ran into the similar problem
what happened in the shop bottomed out the bushings in the control arm
and i couldnt even get the bushings to lined up with the bolt holes on the k
member. Backed them out a bit and problem solved. What i didnt do is kinda
reference the position of the bolts on the k for adjustment. Oh well

I did press them in till they bottomed. I do still have the old poly bushings and they did work good, and can re-install one get the correct install height for the rubber bushing, measure it, and machine up a stop ring (spacer) for setting the correct height for the rubber bushing.
It's just weird, I've always pressed bushings to the hard stops, this just doesn't seem right.
I wonder what's the greater evil; poly camber bushing or incorrectly set height of rubber bushing?

Thank you for the feedback.
