what type of coilover setup (front and rear) are people using for cars that are 90% street driven and see the track once or twice a month at most??
want a bolt in setup, dont want to be doing any custom fab work.
for a 4th gen t/a

So either of those front kits are good for a street car? Do they have to be rebuilt often? Dont want to have to rebuild the shocks every 10,000 miles.
Why isnt there no good rear kits?

The front of the 4th gen is a coil over from the factory, just no ride height adjustment. This is why front coil overs are available from many companies. The rear requires brackets and most likely welding to install a kit. We have been wanting to make one for some time now... just haven't got to it yet.

I have strange sa coil overs up front bolted right in no fab work, I put them in earlier in the summer and have about 150sh miles on them so far, I'll be going to the track sunday to see how they do there. I plan on eventually picking up some afco coil overs for the rear eventually.

Ridetech should have their ride height adjustable coil-overs(front and rear) with SA and TA adjustable shocks which should be available in a couple of months. Their shocks are made by Fox Racing and have been for several yrs now, and are very nice, high quality shocks.
IMO, their coil-overs for the f-body will be worth the wait.

Yeah I also run the GC kit up front w/koni SA's and upper mount mod, but for the rear I run a ridtech coolride rear kit with manual air valves, and GC bump stops(soft progressive, strut) on the koni shock shafts and w/gm bump stops removed. I'll most likely stick with the rear coolride setup I currently have since I've found nothing that rides as good while still handling great.

You could get the ground control front kit and run koni's or any strut of your choosing.

KW. Lifetime warrant. Independently double adjustable. Stainless steel bodies. Direct bolt in, ride really well too. KW makes nice dampers.

The associated picture is the actual F-body set, I took it, and installed it on a customer's car. I run KW's on one of my own cars (my FR-S). The $2249 price is the delivered price (free shipping).
