Default bmr weld in subframe connectors

Question for anyone I welded the passenger side in last night. I bolted in the back, lift the subframe into place and tac welded it. The car is loaded on block under the tires. Question is I had to move the subframe with the plate an 1in and a half to the right to be able to weld all three corners is that ok to move it a little. Will that affect anything?

That will not affect anything, the main thing is just to make sure the suspension is loaded when you weld the subframe connectors up and you have done that so you are good to go.

As BMR has said it shouldn't affect anything. Mine was the same way when I welded them into place, only if my memory serves me right it was my driver's side one I had to pull over about an inch. My car's driven great ever since and they've made a world of difference in ride quality and chassis stiffness.
