Default "thumping" sound coming from rear after install

i just recently installed adj LCA's, adj, PHB (both were poly/rod), relocation brackets, and QA1 12 ways in rear. now there is a loud thumping sound sometimes when going over bumps. granted my car is gutted so i hear everything real well, but is sounds pretty loud. all of the bolts are tight, and the poly end is connected to the body. how tight should the shocks be? i just zapped them real quick with the impact. i didn't know the correct way or how tight they should be.

Probably just normal rod end noise.

Are the LCA's tight in the relocation brackets? When I did mine there was play where the LCA attached to the brackets. With the car on jack stands you should be able to yank on things and detect play. Also the adjustable part of the LCA's - the jam nut comes loose sometimes. Just what I've seen.
