Default Post your stock boxed LCAs

I have been debating on throwing some 1LE bushings and having a welder friend box in my stock LCAs and trying to swap my poly LCAs out and see how it feels. Anyone have any pictures/tips on how to do it? I am no welder, so I have no idea what to supply my friend with. What kind of metal should be box them in with?

I have been using the boxed stockers w/ 1LE rubber
and I like them fine. The box-job looks to be just
mild steel MIG'd onto the stock LCA, beat it and heat
it. I don't think I have any pictures but there's nothing
fancy about it.
