Thanks for the good words!

Hey, thanks for your input. Can you please elaborate on what you mean by this, and why, specifically, you recommend BMR over Strano?

I have a sort of hybrid setup of Eibach springs in the front of my car and factory springs in the rear, with Bilstein dampers all around because this combination gave me the combination of height, rake, and handling that I wanted back in 2003. However, my setup is now about 10 years old, and I'm also considering BMR vs. Strano.

Again, it sounds like you have some considerable experience and insight with both setups, and I'd really appreciate it if you'd take the time to share it with me/us. Thanks, man!

Both work extremely well and neither will give you problems. Because they are so popular they have both been proven several times.

I would buy BMR simply because of Sam's attitude in other threads.

Honestly I think both sets are pretty similar in rates and height. Stranos should be a bit lighter because they are made with a slightly stronger/lighter material. I'd also rather support a smaller more personable business especially when its someone with 10+ years of racing championships who's willing to also provide technical info. Sam's always been a great person in general to talk to when I've had discussions with him and extremely helpful. I've by far improved my past racing event results thanks to Sam

Well, I take my business personally... since I personally own my business.

Either you want stuff that works and is proven or you want to save a few bucks and be told what you want to hear. There are folks in this world that want both. If you deeper than the surface you'll find some of us developed the parts for a reason and have had success in competition with them. I know that others choose drag racing to do that, and they crow about too. I am a handling guy, and I'm pretty well proven what I do.

If you prefer BMR because I tell it like I see it, then by all means call Florida.

Never read any thing bad about BMR springs. Although there is a spirited debate between BMR and Strano about theier springs. Do a search and spend a couple of hours of reading and you make the decision. I've never delt with BMR so I can't tell you what their customer support is like. UMI and Strano have called me back. Strano some times is tied up and cant call u back for a while.

Can't go wrong with Koni+ Strano

edit: if you're on budget go Bilstein + Strano
