Default Heads going to explode!!!

So I changed my rotors and brakes about 3 months ago and since then my brake lights turn on which annoys the hell out of me!!!! I just hate how they look on. It doesn't effect my driving or performance of car except my traction control is always off once the lights turn on which isn't a bother.... The lights are (ABS inop, LOW TRAC, ASR off)... I tried seeing if it turns on if I'm going too fast if I'm hitting the brakes for too long, if anything was left disconnected if it's due to pot holes but it isn't either of them it just comes on whenever it wants. Any clue as to what it can be? Has this happened to anybody? If so how'd you fix it?

Just a thought - You could have an ABS wheel sensor disconnected or damaged.

Mine does the same thing.

Sometimes I can drive all day and it doesn't come on, and other times, it'll come on within minutes of starting my car and driving.

I'm thinking I have a bad ABS sensor, or maybe my tires are too far off in size (they shouldn't be tho). I don't know.

The lights that come on are:

ASR OFF
BRAKE
ABS INOP

On mine anyway.

check the abs sensor. mine was on too after a friend jumped my car. and i replaced the abs fuses and it fixed it. but sounds like u have a abs sensor that got damaged or not plugged back in after the brake job.

If you know someone with a scanner (like the snap-on unit) it can tell you the exact problem.

You should make sure you have a scanner that is able to read ABS codes they are different from general emissions codes.

Things you should look into:

Cleaning the rear sensors if they get dirty they trigger a code.

And follow this thread https://ls1tech.com/forums/ls4-perfo...rak-light.html

Thanks for the advice I'm going to have to borrow one from Autozone.
