Default Phb & lca ?

I was on Founders web site looking at the PHB & LCA, and I didn't know which one to get of each. The car is just a street car.

Here's what I'd recommend:
http://www.foundersperformance.com/1...ce-poly-joint/
http://www.foundersperformance.com/s...rome-moly-end/

for a street car, id recommend to spend the extra money and go with BMR rubber on both ends.

the 3-pice poly LCA's linked above are amazing.... Just had them installed and they replaced a poly/rod combo that was real noisy...these are quiet and make for a firm ride. Highly recommend them

If you aren't planning on running a crazy wheel/tire combination than our BMR non-adjustable lower control arms (TCA001) sound like a perfect option for you. Also for a little extra you can get rubber bushings in them rather than the poly-urethane bushings that normally are included. I attached a picture of what they would look like.

As far as the panhard bar goes, if you plan on lowering the car I would recommend using our BMR adjustable panhard bar (PHR002) of if you plan on staying at factory ride height you can use our BMR non-adjustable panhard bar (PHR001). I could also do rubber bushings in the panhard bar for a small additional charge.

If you are interested shoot me a PM or give me a call here at the shop (813)986-9302 and we can get you squared away.

I have heard that even going with double rod/heim/roto ends on the PHB, there is very little increase in NVH. Is there any truth to this, or do they create as much NVH as double rod LCA's are know for?

True, I run a GW adjustable PHB with spherical bearing on one end and rod-end on the other, I've never experienced NVH except for one time when a jam nut came loose on the rod-end. I've had poly/poly, poly/rod-end, rod-end/rod-end, and my current phb listed above. As far as the life of spherical bearings and rod-end they'll last virtually forever(in PHB location) if they don't get rusty.

Well, in that case you'll also want a set of LCA relocation brackets.

What is "street car" for you?
Drag racing? Handling? Ride quality?
What are you looking to achieve?

I have all Founders pieces too and there is very little NVH increase if any at all. I had some at highway speeds, but I was due for tires. Got those and it felt much better. Absolutely no noise out of the 3 piece LCAs and PHB. I got the adj PHB with the rod/poly combo. I've had them on the car now for about 3 mths. My car is a DD too
