Default This is probably a dumb question but I can't remove the front swaybar

I'm replacing the front sway bar on my 97 TA and got everything disconnected except one bolt.

My problem is with one of the bolts on the bushings. Three of the bolts looked like this (a normal bolt):

And the problem bolt look like this:

It had a nut on the bottom of it that I removed. The nut in the middle seems to be a 13 mm just like the nut I removed, but it must be rounded off a little because I can't get it to back out with my wrench. Is there a trick to removing this bolt that I'm not seeing? This is the only thing holding me up from completing this project and everything else has gone smoothly.

Thanks

Nevermind, I figured out that I need to remove the bracket, and it's only two bolts.

Just did the same thing. Did you go to a larger bar?

Yes, went with a 35 mm UMI bar in the front, 22 mm rear with new panhard rod and LCAs.
