Default New rotors and pads...grease?

Just got a set of brakemotive rotors and pads. My question is: when installing the new pads....first of all can I reuse the brake chatter plates? these are the things that the pads rest in on the top and bottom of the caliper? I can probably reuse them right? And when applying grease where the pads sit....do i grease these chatter plates or where the plates rest on the calipers? or both? thanks

Yes you can reuse the plates if they are still in good condition and I personally grease the back of pads (side facing the calipers) and where the pads meet the plates but I can't see any harm putting it anywhere else other than on the rotors and the brake pads themselves
