Default Dont Know much about suspension

97 Trans Am. Hope to be at 550rwhp. I have stock suspension except Ebiach lowering springs which was on the car when i purchased it. So I would eventually like to have full tubular suspension. Pretty expensive to to all at once. Which suspension yields the lower 60ft times? Or what component will get my car to hook the best?

Explain why too plz? Thanks guyz!!!

Yep. Use to be a T56 car so the gears are 3.42. I am not expecting for it to last very long.

Shocks is probably the best place to start.

I'd suggest a set of LCA relocation brackets, and also a Tunnel Brace Mounted Torque Arm, if you focus is straight line performance

Well that was my first thought. The tunnel Brace torque arm was a must have for me anyways.

All things considered, I would be on a drag radial too

I have a couple sets in mind. What would you recommend for a lowered car? The car was lowered by previous owner...

Typically we do a combination of parts that are proven to make these cars work. There are a few different brands of shocks that are popular, and depending on what you do with the car and budget we can for sure get you setup with the right parts the first time.

The lowering springs are not helping you at all. The good front shocks on these cars are all ride height adjustable, and we can set you up with a rear coil-over conversion as well so you can fine tune your stance.

Best advice I can give you right now is to call us and we will go over all the fine details and point you in the right direction. You need to be careful of what you buy as some parts will not get you the performance you are looking for even though the said components may be "tubular" or "performance suspension". One thing I can guarantee you is that dealing with us here at MWC will yield you the best performance and the best money spent. The record setting stock style suspension f-body cars are all using MWC suspension.

So basically I need to start out with front double adjustable shocks before buying rear drag shocks? Will that benefit my setup the best in the early stages?
