Default Rear brake rotor/pad?

What is the best option for rear brake rotors and pads? I have factory calipers but am not against replacing them also. I am in the process of replacing the rear shortly and would like to do this all at one time. I do not want drilled rotors as I had a set on the front previously and they began to crack after a short time of use. Are slotted better than just regular rotors and who carries them. They do not have to be the most expensive just a solid set without setting me back a million dollars. Thanks in advance.

Slotted isn't any better, stick with plain rotors.

I run blanks since they get chewed up all the time and slotted crack when racing.

I also run stock blanks on my car for both cost and performance reasons.

I've had good experience with NAPA Premium blank rotors if you're looking to grab some locally from a part store. If you're looking to order online, Strano carries "Best Brand" rotors and although I have no personal experience with them, they seem to be well regarded.

Centric is the way to go. Quality parts. Received best brand before that had excessive runout and caused vibrations out of the box. Junk.

+1 for Centric, I've heard they have very decent rotors and I have their Posi-Quiet Ceramic brake pads up front. It brakes very linear and smooth, definitely not a grabby pad when first applying the brakes but when applied hard to the brake pedal they can really do their job.

I also sell Centric... I'll put the Best rotors up against them any day. I run them on my own cars, have beaten the tar out of the even on the track with race pads on the Camaro. Currently have some on my 2000 FRC Corvette when trashed the stock rotors after a track day in November.
