It's for third generation f-bodies so it won't accommodate 3 or 4 channel ABS or the 98-02 rear brakes AFAIK. But since that part of the the unibody is the same on a 3rd and 4th gen you can put it in one. Looks heavy to me though, although you would also save the weight of the torque arm, control arms, and panhard rod assembly.
Neat idea anyways. I'd say they'll offer one for 4th gens soon though.

Now that one has, I'd say others will over the next few years. I'm seeing more nationally recognized commercial shops build really nice 3rd gens. Since one has done an IRS, others will make the jump. With so many 4th gens out there also, they'd be fools not to make ABS and newer style rear brakes an option. Easy way to double their market over just 3rd gens.
I find it funny on their video that their engineer said it only took 2 months to design and a month to test but I still can't get a goddam VRX intake.

Interesting. I would be curious to know the weight difference between this fully dressed IRA and a fully dressed SRA with TA/PHB.
Something else I wonder is the sway bar. Do you need their sway bar or will any aftermarket bar work?
I like how an IRA rides on the street, much smoother. But for $7k I would stuff a nice motor in my 95 lol

The fact they don't provide any technical info should tell you all you need to know. I do however love their videos explaining how it is a great budget handling upgrade for a 3rd gen. IT COSTS MORE THAN A WHOLE CAR.

And that right there tells you all you need to know. To design something like this out of a small hot rod company in 3 months time with only one month of testing before it hit the market, well that's just scary.

oh goodness. Here comes the IRS followers. haha.
It's funny how they list it for a 3rd gen car, but when Jay did the first IRS in a 4th gen back in the early 2000s he did so by using a 3rd gen. The suspension is almost identical. I'm sure it'll only be a matter of time before they come out with a 4th gen option.
Opinions on this setup aside, the IRS in the SOM 4th gen car is magnificent. Having driven the car plenty of times, I can vouch for it being a completely different car then with a 10 bolt. It's unreal.
However...at a $7k base model price tag.......gtfo.

Yes, one has to REALLY LOVE these cars in particular to do this, since, by the time you are done (BESIDES all of the work/effort), one can find a used, higher mile, C6 Z06 for the coin!

I think we were both deciding on a shock and spring combo at the same time, you've definitely got the upper hand on the overall setup. I just ended up a completely different route altogether. I'm anticipating this setup of yours, it's lookin to be bang on. Keep us all posted for sure
