need help with strange coilover i stall.

can someone tell me how this is suppose to go together

how is the black mounting piece. suppose to go inside the bottom oiece

You remove the snap ring from the bearing and push it out, remove the snap ring from the shaft and slide the shaft in where the bearing was then replace the snap ring.
